Our prime suppliers are hand-picked by us. They have been recommended to us. We have copies of their registration details and insurance documents. They are carefully evaluated and their performance is continually monitored by us and via feedback from you.
What happens if there is a problem?
The supplier is responsible for providing the service requested and we suggest you try to resolve the problem with them in the first instance. Customer care is paramount to us and we welcome any feedback you have on all suppliers. We will give additional help required to solve a problem.
Who is liable?
When you instruct any supplier, your contract will be with the supplier not TimeGuaranteed and they (the supplier) are fully liable. We therefore recommend that anyone entering into a contract with a supplier, ensure that they understand the supplier’s terms and conditions.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured for Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance cover up to £2 million.
Are there any services that TimeGuaranteed will not undertake?
No. We will try to manage almost anything! So long as it is legal and moral we will try our best to fulfil your requests.
